Shipping policy

Pre-made orders/orders in stock

Please allow up to 2-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-orders

Please allow up to 15-24 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window is closed. It will be clearly indicated that the product is a pre-order item.

International Orders

Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes or duties imposed by your country's custom agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid custom fees.

Lost packages

Once your order is in the hands of the courier, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. We will do our best in filing a claim with the shipping courier to recover the lost package.
